Pluspunten
It's a friendly and open working environment, with a real buzz about the building. They hire for personality and competence, and you can be trained to do most jobs you have an interest in, so it's fairly easy to move internally. Training is good, and you are encouraged to attend training for soft skills. The 10% discount is useful, and they hold a few double discount events throughout the year.
Minpunten
Progression can be difficult, and you often have to move department to move up. They will pay you as little as they can get away with, and even if you move department or level you might not get a significant pay raise. Personally, I'd like to see more women in higher positions - it feels a bit like "jobs for the boys" in some departments, which can be discouraging.
