Management need to be taught how to treat and speak to people properly, they will try and screw you over - I was often given last minute shift changes and im talking been given a 6am start at 2am without getting told and being put on disciplinary for 'not showing up for shift' , seasonal contract is no good, i worked there for 2 years full time hours for the whole of the 2 years (not seasonal) then suddenly they couldnt afford seasonal staff so i was told not to go back with no notice as they didnt need to give me any notice (even the shifts I had for the following week were taken off me
