so far so good. Rate for contract work is well above average. Discounts provided from various auto companies. 5 sick days.

Minpunten

Benefits not great. No vacation Days until you hit the one year mark, then you get 10 days. No 401K contribution--super s****y. Unsure about job security after one year mark--no communication on this.

CEO is really a terrific person who cares very much about her employees and being a positive force in the world. A motivated person who is willing to go out and sell his/her ideas will likely be able to do whatever kinds of projects she can sell to a client. So there is lots of flexibility.

Minpunten

The company seems to have trouble figuring out what they want to do or to be. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to have some support in selling themselves and their own ideas to create their own client base. The company is oddly split between consulting and staffing. You likely will have to do a lot of business development for your own consulting work.
