Pluspunten

- Flexible hours as we don’t have to clock in/out - Not much hierarchy, boss is willing to listen to feedback - No strict office dress code since office is located in a industrial area - Performance bonus is good if market is doing well - Transport is provided to Tampines, Yishun and Jurong

Minpunten

- Process is a mess. You can email to the entire world and no one can give you an answer unless you CC the email to your boss - Performance bonus is good only provided all ASM business units perform as expected - HR is weak. You can ask them about your benefits, claims and they will take weeks to reply. Only answer is “insurance company is in HK, they haven’t reply”. - Transport is always full as ASM is always increasing headcount. Despite many staff informing HR about the transport being packed, no action taken. Extremely weak HR. - No career advancements as there are many senior staffs.

There is no Pros to working for ASM!

ASM is the very worst company I have ever worked for in my life and I have worked for some bad ones. They work you 7 days a week and then treat you like trash. They fired my in July paid me my last pay check and then reinstated me 2 days later as they realized they screwed up. I have since quit them and now they are keeping my now last paycheck and wanting me to pay them money back for my relocation, which was voided the day they fired me. So if you want to work for a crappy company ASM is your place to work!
