The technology is incredible, you will work on the most high tech equipment in the world but describing what you work on to friends and family will leave them clueless. There are a lot of job opportunities to move anywhere in the world, change is always happening, you can move into many different positions,it’s up to you to make that choice, advancement is highly encouraged.

Minpunten

The pressure from the customer and from ASML management to deliver high quality work on time is always present. You don’t want to be the person that causes the machine to be down any longer than expected. If you are not trying to learn more or be a better engineer, ASML will weed out the deadwood, Salary is good but ASML expects high performance, no room in customer support for slackers, headcount numbers on each shift are closely maintained by the contracts meaning no extra buffer people

Management Consistency: Like many large organizations, your experience can be heavily dependent on your specific team or manager. While many departments are excellent, others can feel the weight of high-pressure deadlines and micromanagement. Bureaucracy: As the company has expanded, it has become more corporate. Be prepared for a high volume of meetings and a need to navigate internal processes to get things done.
