Company is open, and engineer can learn a lot, even some deep knowledge. ASML have a systemic training for all the engineers.

Minpunten

ASML Singapore is mainly for customer service. Engineer need run 24 hours shift, on call or stand by and customer usually give high pressure to the service engineers.

Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

Minpunten

Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
