Access to knowledge databases were also available in order to understand the new technologies. Benefits included medical and dental insurance with various coverage. Annual profit sharing was a plus. Office politics with management was chaotic. Unrealistic goals for achievement made it difficult to accomplish. Favoritism played a large role with management causing an unfavorable work environment. Personnel hired as managers lacked defining leadership qualities. ASML is a good company but the ASML office in Hillsboro Oregon lost sight creating a coordinate direction.
