Management will contradict themselves in a heartbeat if it suits their agenda. Inexperienced, manipulative and closed-minded HR who love to have their ego's stroked and back-stab others. HR is difficult to deal with. Many issues are dealt with by sweeping them under the rug, they are also very rude and uncaring.
