AX experienced significant growth and has done its best to retain the personal touch and "family feel". It is our people who make the difference and we like to recognise and reward this. We now have a Learning and Development team implementing a new skills matrix which will identify the talent across the business and show where further support is required. Allowing us to promote from within and nurture career progression. Our suite of benefits has also been revised to ensure they are fit for purpose. We care for our employees and are dedicated to always improving. The "luxury office" had to be vacated due to Covid-19 and all colleagues immediately started working from home. We are excited to soon be moving into our new home headquarters which will be an inclusive and engaging collaborative space for all colleagues.
