Das Top Management leidet unter "not invented here syndrom", wurde durch den Siemens Kauf darin bestärkt alles richtig zu machen, tut aber immer noch das selbst wie vor 15 Jahren. Ins Top Management kommt nicht wer kompetent ist, sondern die richtige Politik betreibt. Das ist schade. Generell ist das Top Management entkoppelt vom restlichen Team. Langfristig keine gute Idee
