Growing extremely quickly so protocols can change to keep up with the rapid growth. If you stay long enough, you will need to reinvent how you approach your role to fit around new procedures. All in all though, the protocols make sense and have reasons for being implemented
As per usual in this industry - they expect the current employees to train the new hires and when they get overloaded with tasks it's hard to reach out for help.
Let go on a whim with little to no explanation after working there over a year.
