• The company is making steady improvements to employee benefits, clearly aiming to increase retention and morale. • Many of the frontline employees and peers are supportive, hardworking, and genuinely care about the mission. • Flexible work environment and a manageable workload in most roles. It’s an okay job for the short term if you need stability, but don’t give them your loyalty. Once you're on the wrong side of a executive leader, you’ll be isolated or pushed out. Proceed with eyes wide open.

• Leadership culture is deeply toxic, especially among mid-level managers and some directors. There is a clear pattern of gossip and backbiting that erodes team trust. • HR exists to protect executive leadership, not employees. If you're in a dispute, it will likely be your word against theirs—with no real mediation. You will loose. • Recognition is rare. Managers often fail to credit team members for their contributions and successes. • Terminations can be abrupt and feel personal rather than performance-based. There is a noticeable pattern of targeting individuals who fall out of favor. • Several managers have cycled through team members quickly—firing or pushing out people within months. When nearly half a team is turned over in less than a year, it says more about the manager than the staff. • Allegations and concerns around racism, harassment, and abuse have not been handled with transparency or accountability.

Great benefits, ample time off for holidays, hybrid work environment, great break room with lots of snack, clean & professional office.

Minpunten

All employees begin on a 90 day contract with a third party recruiter. Higher ups & management don’t tend to pay much attention to you making you feel less than full onboarded employees. They will leave you out of company wide meetings, won’t tell you when there are fun events in the office (aka - everyone shows up in costumes for a Halloween party but you don’t). Their operations team lacks structure, and they are constantly changing things telling you “thanks for your flexibility.” There was never any consistency in the position and employees always felt on edge wondering what changes were coming next. Upper management has these big ideas and will make you figure it out without understanding the repercussions of those actually doing the work.
