What can I say.... the spiral downward became more evident everyday. The true champions of Accelera have nearly all gone. Since the management split they talk about transition constantly as if it is why they are allowed to behave the way they do. They ask employees who not only work their butt off for the company and struggle to make a dollar with the obnoxious comp plans, but then ask us to invest in the company by taking pay cuts (in the form of comp plans that are so convoluted you need an actuarial degree to figure out). No one is accountable and that is from the top down. Management+1 owner seems to think Accelera should be run like CACI where most of them came from, and this has ruined an absolutely amazing and wonderful place to work. We literally had some of the best people in the industry. But that was when Joe and Steve were really involved. When they were admonished and pushed out, LC took the reigns and has driven the business into the ground. You will receive no truth from the CEO, only BS so that he can hear himself speak. They fail to make filings for minority’s distinctions that can create opportunities for business and state filings so you do business with certain states. It’s an utter disaster and anyone that remains should be looking to make a change. If not, they are either lazy or stupid as the doors will likely close soon and no warning will come with it.
