We're a growing business in medical device design, repair, and testing - the work environment is bright and the people are too. We're glad to be doing good work helping people and taking both costs and waste out of the healthcare industry.
It is unfortunate that you had such a challenge with another employee. You were constantly fixated on where this employee was, what they were working on, etc. You were not a manager. Your manager informed you that the employee in question was part-time and that their schedule and work product were well known to their manager. The manager did communicate to you that what goes on with other employees shouldn't be your concern - clearly, you didn't understand.
Every employee, excluding management, received a raise both in 2021 and 2022. You quit the same week raises were due - why would the company give an employee who quit with 3 days' notice a raise?
