      There might be a couple of small perks, but none of them come close to making up for how miserable the overall experience is.

      Minpunten

      The salary is pathetic, the benefits are almost nonexistent, and any hope of balancing work with a personal life gets destroyed quickly. Leadership throws out ridiculous expectations, then vanishes when it comes time to offer support. The work goes unnoticed, and every day feels like a grind toward nothing. This job drains you, gives you nothing in return, and leaves you wondering why you ever walked through the door in the first place.

      I have nothing positive to say about this company.

      Minpunten

      They do not know their butts from a hole in the ground. They have no direction and have reverted back to the "old" way of doing things. The COO has no clue and was recently promoted after releasing people that were completely loyal to them in both the HQ and Bristol.
