As a new starter, everyone has been incredibly friendly and approachable. Add People has a good induction process which is neither too long nor too short. I felt prepared by the end of it to join my team and begin my professional role. Add People has a strong business identity which gives a sense of pride and belonging that many businesses are lacking. Add People is located within a comfortable walking distance of Altrincham town centre, there is access to lots of independent coffee shops and bakeries. There is also a lovely park just opposite the premises which is great for soaking up the sun in when you are on your lunch. Add People is an exciting and dynamic workplace with a lot of future potential, there are lots of exciting projects in the work. Add people also have spacious staff areas and a pool table.
