If you're gullible and easily influenced, they will make you feel like the most important person in the world.
Minpunten
Where to start. The lies. The constant lies, they lie on their job descriptions, they lie in the interviews, they lie at workshops, they lie lie lie. If you call out their lies or even stand up for yourself in the slightest, they gang up on you and attack you, ridicule you, trying their best to embarrass you, getting you to conform. They don't teach you anything, it's nothing but rhetoric, the amount of buzz words that get used would make Donald Trump seem like an economics professor. You're there to make money for the lazy university/college drop outs who will be out of a job when they enter their 30s and will have no transferable skills whatsoever. The "management" (and I use this term loosely) are failed human beings who can't really run their life properly. Not a single long term employee there seems to have emotionally developed past high school. They act like they're adults based off what they think a professional adult should act, they can't answer questions, they constantly deflect and can't control their emotions and get childishly angry. Then the bullying starts. I don't mean to sound like I have any ill will towards anyone here, they're just trying to make their way in the world and don't know any better, but I have no respect for any of their team.
