I've never worked with a stronger team. Everyone that I met at Addivant was the best at their job. Addivant didn't mess around when hiring. They wanted the best. They expect accountability which is great from my standpoint. Addivant's compensation was top notch

Even with people being the best at their roles, it sometimes wasn't enough and they were let go within a year of hiring in. Imagine being the best at what you do, and it still not being enough. I was fine with this, but it's not for everyone

As a spin-off from Chemtura, Addivant has finished its first year of what will likely be a 2 year process to get internal systems re-aligned with a new corporate strategy.
