Salary cycle is on time HR team behavior is good and employee friendly Director Mr. Sohil Shah's nature and behavior is good Learning opportunities is there.

Minpunten

Managers are non technical and doing micro management. Work From Home for for out of Vadodara employees but need to work 10-12 hours a day. Saturday and Sunday employees getting call for tasks from managers. Company claims paid leaves in company but managers enforced to work in Saturday and Sunday for cover those leaves. Company is deduct money from employee's salary to repair companies devices and deprecation. Which is bad device policy. No work-life balance.

Hi, Thank you for the advice. We will definitely take care of this and make sure that the management works more towards making the life smooth for the team. Regarding device policies, we try our best to make team aware about "How to use the our systems" in a best way as we all work on Macbook and everyone knows how expensive those products are. That is one the reason we have circulated the policies for the same in case the companies assets are not being taken care properly. Still, we are open to discuss the solutions with our current team on "What to be done" if company/team policies are not followed by a single person where everyone agrees for the same.
