They hire anybody that walks in the door.

Minpunten

They don't train you in everything you're going to be doing. New people on the phones spend a lot of time chasing down team leaders or supervisors to answer questions. When certain sales goals are reached for every team the supervisors encourage people to cheer. Then the customers complain about the background noise saying "no wonder nothing ever gets fixed there, you're having a party instead". You're supposed to keep your calls as short as possible no matter what, and are badgered by team leaders to give out the numbers to other departments rather than transfering the call. Very high turn-over.

Quite literally everything. Management, and the thousands of unethical business practices they have. Lots of sketchy people who work there
