Pluspunten

Good training for customer service jobs. Know nothing about training for collections. Very good resources to find information on processes, procedures and products. The same as AT&T agents use.

Minpunten

Cramped, was hot seating work spaces. Enviromental controls for heating and cooling not very good. Had extremely high turnover rate. Had to use an incentive program to keep attendance up.

Paid breaks and weekends off are the only pros

Quite literally everything. Management, and the thousands of unethical business practices they have. Lots of sketchy people who work there
