Its easy to get a job at ACT and once you get a handle of the "not so user-friendly" system, it is really easy.

Minpunten

The training program needs to have more hands on, before they put you on the floor.

Paid breaks and weekends off are the only pros

Quite literally everything. Management, and the thousands of unethical business practices they have. Lots of sketchy people who work there
