Management constantly changes irrelevant rules on the call floor, unrelated to customer support interactions. When changes are made to customer process, management doesn't provide the same info to all agents, resulting in quality issues and general confusion. They promote and demote at random, with no explanations to the employee or teams for those decisions. Does not encourage confidence in job security. Communication in general is sub par

Quite literally everything. Management, and the thousands of unethical business practices they have. Lots of sketchy people who work there
