Good starting salary for juniors (probably the highest in tunisia), Not much hierarchy, you can talk freely and ask for permissions easly directly to hr, project manager or tech lead.
Minpunten
Working with desktop PCs ( not performant on top of that, some ppl work with hdd instead of ssd) Hard to go remote even for a short amount of time in certain teams Hard to get bonuses even after a year of working. Salary raise is only 10% (basically u will have same salary after a year thanks to inflation)
