Terrible management, the MD micromanages everything. Plenty of promises and no delivery. Hybrid working policy is a joke. A software tracks whether you're working or not (somehow), the only thing that matters is time in front of the screen and not value added / performance. Development team is not managed at all, but still expected to deliver.
