-There's nothing but information "silo's" so you only know what you need to know, if the need arises. -The company direction is dictated by VC investment period, so forget bringing new ideas to the table. -The bonus structure for PMs literally puts them in direct competition with each other so the more hours you can bill, regardless of your circumstances, the better and only the top, few PMs get a bonus so the rest of the PMs have to work on how to generate more billable hours the next quarter. Its an unspoken rule but very clear and you can forget trying to save your client money (to be more efficient) because it completely contradicts the business model here.
