      There arn't really any pros management sucks they don't care about there employees and work politics suck. The only pro is shift hours vary and your never in one site

      If the have sites they are good at supporting you,most of the time.

      They lose sites and then have no where to put you. They also are bad at making sure they send people to a site who are ready for what the site entails.
