1. Nothing is good to say about here except a flashing salary they promise. 2. Good colleagues(peers), But everyone is insecure for the JOB. 3. Food/CAB is being provided(CAB-Certain People)

Ahhh, Its such a pain writing this... 1. One Man Army 2. Extremely poor management and processes 3. HR is a JOKE over here. 4. NO SALARIES (DELAYED by 2-3 Months), They don't care about this how people are managing their monthly expenses. 5. No Appraisals (Only fake commitments) 6. Worst work culture 7. No work appreciation 8. No career growth 9. Too much politics in a small Team. Hopeless 10. No transparency 11. Bad infrastructure 12. No strategy or vision to improve business 13. Revengeful characters at top management 14. Secretive. Paranoid. Distrustful. Misleading Its a long list. Just a suggestion to any new joinee, If you know anyone who has worked or working with Advent Matrix, Do talk to him before making your decision to work with Advent Matrix.

Location is in Dehradun and good training team..!!!

Treat employee as slaves..managers think themselves as owner of Company...Poor management...mangers don't have Manner to talk to employees,,,Terrible Environment to work...person at top level think themselves as HERO..only training team is good..rest all Hell...Did not even give salary to employees on time and if you resign then they will never pay you money,,,No Standard..Shame on the name of US culture...all management person think them self as US Citizen..Damn Hell Environment...No Growth..No Respect..no Future...!!treated as labor..!!!
