Pluspunten

"unlimited" PTO there's a coffee maker

Minpunten

-unlimited PTO -- try taking a day off. you'll be expected to be available for emails and calls. and then they'll make you feel guilty that you took that day "off" -CEO -upper management -no job stability -no loyalty to employees -constant turnover and layoffs -you'll get blamed for things you didn't do -no clear job roles -no one knows who their boss is -no one knows what they're supposed to be doing -ZERO company communication -if you're not in "the club" anyone can complain about you and you'll get written up even if it's not true

Pluspunten

Culture is great - lots of positive energy. Collaborative team environment. Leadership team is very supportive and transparent and willing to help. Company is growing fast. Great work life balance too.

Minpunten

Still some growing pains. Striving to become dominant player in this space and trying to find the right balance to achieve that.

Pluspunten

Unlimited PTO (as long as you work while you’re on PTO) , good insurance, 401k (but they don’t match), they like to give you alcohol once in a while

Minpunten

Allows harassment and bullying Fires with no PIP or any truth to their reasoning High turnover rate Worked there for almost 5 years, had 6 different bosses because nobody could get their stuff together The technology that’s sold is broken around 97% of the time, so in my 40+ hours of working, the majority of the time was spent being reactive instead of proactive. They LOVE playing the game “point the finger” instead of being a team and correcting whatever happened and figuring out how to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Plans to create and sell new products seem to be the priority, instead of perfecting the broken products that are already being sold. They do not listen to their employees ideas, if you’re not a stakeholder you don’t really matter. New employees make more than veteran employees who have worked their way up. They will tell you they want to hire those that fit in with their culture, that really means they want to hire 18-25 year olds that will take little compensation, that like to drink, and can keep their heads down and not provide their input upon disagreements. They encourage you to lie to your clientele, because they know the product is not doing what it’s meant to do and never meet ETAs.
