      Cutting edge technology (we make robots!), A rudimentary kind of flatness hierarchy, flexible working hours, a very collaborative team, the good salary rate for a startup, remote work.

      Minpunten

      Has the typical problems of any startup: obscure goals, business models and long-term strategies. Short-term plans change too frequently. Flatness hierarchy is a good thing but it is common to disappear when you Team Leader wants. Common "patrol based" development combined with "fear of chaos" leading to a stressful work. Good Salary but no perks...

      My team leader is very supportive and takes the time to mentor the team

      The salary is low, and the workload is heavy. Management doesn't understand the testing process, so our tasks are often unclear. Whenever we find a bug, the developers claim it 'works as designed' and refuse to fix the problem. Instead, they always complain and call the test team stupid.
