      As the Bank likes to tout itself, it is the "premier development finance institution in Africa." This means it really has nowhere near the resources of the World Bank, but it is genuinely an African institution making a difference for many African countries. Excellent place to network and learn about the continent, high-level opportunities, and genuinely amazing benefits.

      Minpunten

      The current President of the Bank is a disaster. I mean, a total, unmitigated disaster of a leader. He's presiding over a painful and complex reorganization that he initiated with no clear goals or end in sight while the institution bleeds talented staff.

      My country is developing and there is plenty project that need to be finance. The agricultural sector is very buoyant. Subsidize agriculture and approach farmers in Ivory Coast will be an asset and profitable for the bank and for farmers. Real estate is a sensitive and interesting sector for bank in Ivory Coast. Help market women who shopping vegetables will get them closer to the bank and save their revenues a save. I think that if I have this opportunity to work as marketing agent I will promote the bank for these sectors to subscribe to my country's development program. I am from French country and I most speak French because my background language is French. Sincerely yours
