Poor management, poor scheduling, is very much like highschool in that you are scheduled based on if you fit into certain clicks, you can be caught stealing and keep your job but if you work hard and show up on time you will be given the worst shifts that nobody else wants to work. I was point blank told by management that I didn't fit the aesthetic for their high-end bar.
