Minpunten
- The recruiter lied to me about open "Lead positions". They had ones named like this, but these were purely development (not even Techlead) roles, named like this just for attention. - The recruiter lied to me about the company profile. He kept mentioning products used by big companies, startups, but hasn't said a single word about consultancy or outsourcing. Had I known that, I wouldn't participate in the process. - All that information was provided at second stage of the process, after I had already spent time doing the Codility task.
