Western States Fire Protection said they were never paid for work done at the El Paso branch. This company follows the good ol' boy system and limits growth & advancement. It is a waste of time working there, very few employers credit the company as a good place to work and frown upon you if it's on your resume. Management is disorganized and cause tremendous headaches on a daily basis. Stressful environment that does not offer stability or job security.
