Indecisive and incompetent Finance Management duo. I was misled and no support or consideration was offered efficently as a new starter. There is no adequate structure, processes, procedures and deadlines in place for Comfort Accounts. Therefore Management struggled to translate tasks assigned as no due dilligence was carried out on acquisition. I.e as later I had then discovered revenue and cost was accounted for incorrectly. Backed up by the evidance in the Audit finding report for 2021. A big problen was the Person C would get annoyed at anyone contacting her for anything.. I found her dangerously two face as she looked acted sweet . On a few ocassion she swore under her breath or hit her mouse on the desk out of frustration. As she was still struggling and trying to grasp her new role. AVOID AT ALL COST. Alot of negative comments about other employees were mentioned on my arrival. Making it an awkward situation to be in. The other co-ordinators at Ciren or Hemel office have to take alot of stick for Stockport office failure in reporting. (Blame culture) Overall a very emotionally and draining experience If anything I wanted to just do my job . But could not due to lack of clarity and support provided . On many occasions I was ignored over teams and emails . It's a bitter sweet situation. For anyone contacted for this role take necessary precaution.
