- Alcon has very good systems platforms, and is willing to invest in keeping up with technology. - Structure is flat, and changes can happen relatively quickly compared to other big pharma. Less redtapes to go through. - Compensation and benefits are not far from big pharma.

- Corporate support is slightly lacking, as Alcon is rebuilding the team from separation from previous merger, and improving.
