No bonuses No Jury Duty Compensation PTO is not competitive Compensation is not competitive Merit increases are poor compared to yearly inflation They continue to use "it's a new company" as an excuse for poor benefits even though it's gone public and has been established for over 5 years. Poor quality customer service Low employee morale Understaffed

RUN! The MICROMANAGEMENT is INSANE! This place is TOXIC TO THE CORE! The management team is trash! It's not about what you know, it's about who you know. They constantly hire their friends for upper management positions and made up job titles with high salaries. They do not try to assist the employees in anyway. Just constantly changing processes and adding additional work to an already burnt out staff. So many people going on LOA because they are just mentally tired of this place. RUN!
