pay can increase as you learn how to do things they give you a list of the levels and you have 3 chances a month to pass any of the tests the more tests you pass the better pay ofc you have to be a good employee for them to pass you on your pay increase

the job can be chanellging you are her to change lives and that's not easy sometimes but for a lot of people who want to have purpose this is a great place I definitely recommand for everyone who enjoys learning about human behavior I see my work here affecting my outside life for the better
a lot of support from BCBA's, good relationships between RBT's - everyone is pretty chill and nice. Competitive pay scale, training is very in-depth.

communication between management / admin and RBT's. no lunch breaks. hard to get time off- their policies are always changing. the current policy is silly.
