      Everything here is better in other companies.

      All Systems Electrical is a disorganized company with an ineffective leadership. There’s almost zero communication from our leaders, and we get no support from them. It’s very difficult to reach out to the leadership because it seems uninterested in helping and guiding its own employees. I wouldn’t recommend working here because other companies have much better culture and environment than this one.

      Pluspunten

      The type of place you build a lifelong career at. There are still a handful of our coworkers who have been here since the company started 20 years ago. The owners are very hands on and do their best to take good care of staff. In fact, the whole upper management/office team works really hard to care of the staff. People work really hard here and it's nice to be around people who are so dedicated.

      Some teams have to travel quite a bit, but I know that's also a big draw for some electricians!

      Like any workplace, there can be busy periods and challenging deadlines, but they also provide opportunities to learn and improve.
