Pluspunten
1) some team leads are good to work with. 2) flexible timings 3) some mangers (like my manager) rewards the performing employees which is a good sign but not all are like that as my fellow freshers under another manger who worked hard for CES(consumer elctronic show), did not recognition they deserved. yes, they reward those employee projects which generate revenue. effectively whether a company is good or bad depends on higher level employees. 4) now acquired by visteon, not sure whether it is going to be better or not for employees.
Minpunten
1) not many good projects for non-CS students 2) more biased towards kannadigas 3) in team meetings, some team leaders discusses the projects in kannada as majority were kannadigas (like it happened with me out of a team size of 10, 8 are kannadigas. among rest 2, one understands kannada but can't speak, so i was like "dudes, i am here") . yes with non-kannadigas they prefer english but still a team member has every right to know what other team members are working on right? 4) company is just a group of average minds with work experience. good for starting a career for average and small minds but not for great minds (yes i wasn't a great mind either at that time). 5) office's location is a Non-IT suburb and lunch provided at cafeteria is just over rated and over priced in a suburb of murgeshpalya 6) no enough hardware devices which requires waiting during the office time and thus forced to work for longer 7) 3 month notice period is too much for an average company 8) repetitive tasks 9) the company's growth doesn't inspire much. 10) HR team lacks skills that define their designation.
