Company’s focus has changed from customer friendly to foe, employee friendly to foe. Employees are expected to process multiple lines claims in ever decreasing increments of time, often sacrificing friendly conversations that kept customers renewing policies. Customer complaints are directed to partner sites where ill mannered employees inform customers they will have to wait longer. The core values of the company have changed along with the reorganization of long-term employees and anyone who expressed dissenting opinion became ineligible for another position within the company.

Able to control the workflow and make sure the required RMBC and UW are done.

Minpunten

Corporate is in compretition with you. There used to be rules against competing brokers in some industries. Now corporate has rerouted your phone and will offer quotes to calls before you can even speak with them. There are no benefits at local offices. The owners are greedy money hungry and could care less about anyone but themselves.
