Working in a small business environment with only 7 co workers. Manager manages two offices. Not there when you need them.

Great benefits, pto can be ok same day without manager approval so long as you have time & there's availability to take off

Goals constantly changing, which means commissions is always changing for the worse of course. You're not human there, call center environment from hell. I felt like a zombie
