Cab facilities were provided - Only good thing.

Minpunten

Management was extremely toxic! Worthless leaders who would only give you stress and mess up your mental health a lot. Additionally, if you are from some other state - you can sense racism. Would never recommend anyone joining the quality domain. Extremely negative people - HR is also of no use to raise any complaint.

Great benefits, pto can be ok same day without manager approval so long as you have time & there's availability to take off

Goals constantly changing, which means commissions is always changing for the worse of course. You're not human there, call center environment from hell. I felt like a zombie
