As a graduate it provided me with a fantastic foundation, teaching me sales, marketing and management skills across the globe. The prospect of travel with Alltech is fantastic and you can really get your teeth into as many projects as you can handle. It is not for the faint heated. Pay is not fantastic and you will be expected to work long hours. Short term contracts tend to not be renewed something you may want to consider when applying for certain positions.
