Pluspunten

Company cares about their employees, provides initial training and coaching, the benefits are good, PTO policy is probably the best I have seen. Remote work opportunities are available across a wide range of products.

Remote. Regular feedback. Pretty routine day-to-day.

Minpunten

No growth, bad PTO, no sick time, no employee development. Higher ups are walled off from regular employees. Movement is impossible unless laterally and even then it's not matched with a pay change.
