Management is very poor. Upper management has no contact with their frontline staff. Poor culture with micromanaging of customer service staff. No attendance policy so a sick day could turn into a written warning and don’t be surprised if you get thrown back into the phone queue. HR says they want and need to create a better employee culture so they can stop high attrition but little action is taken to do so. Training is inadequate with out of date materials.
