Minpunten
Management is very poor. Upper management has no contact with their frontline staff. Poor culture with micromanaging of customer service staff. No attendance policy so a sick day could turn into a written warning and don’t be surprised if you get thrown back into the phone queue. HR says they want and need to create a better employee culture so they can stop high attrition but little action is taken to do so. Training is inadequate with out of date materials. Make sure you don’t ask clarifying questions or make suggestions. Just get in your seat and answer the phone. You have 3 minutes though so make it quick. Also you have to pay for parking.
