Kiva cares about its people. Benefits are excellent. Lots of fun events and daily free cereal, soda and coffee and snacks. Still has a small company, start-up feel. Career growth includes ability to move globally within Amazon. Great place to work if you don't mind working hard.

Sometimes the pace is too intense and there are points during the year when burnout is a risk. Peak is tough.
