There is too much politics within the workplace. I just want to make cool things. But almost everyone here has their own personal agenda and will backstab and lie to get a promotion. Once you hit level 5, you get put into program level meetings and it seems like zero teams get along with each other. No one wants to do a good job. They just want to make sure they cover their own butt and make sure they look good.
