need to revise appraisal cycle for the people who join in month of january.....july as they will be eligibile for salary hike/incentive after 1.5 years

* You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

Minpunten

* The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
