I joined here as fresher. The technology on which I have to work was new to me and their was just single KT session. You need to learn from your own, no spoon feeding is done. 1. If you join the project from scratch, you will have great learning. 2. On-site opportunity 3. Shift allowances and Comp-off. 4. Good Hike one could get around 10-13%

1. Higher management is not very supportive in case of work life balance. 2. Promotions are delayed.
